Your "Blog Visit Dropoff" post inspired this question: When I get a comment on my blog and the time it posted was 11:24 AM, is that the time it arrived at my computer or the time it left the correspondent's?
I see 01:32 but that is because it is that time in the morning when it is 09:32 in Florida which is where Joe was when he posted this.
Blog posts don't really travel. You compose them on and they are stored on the blog host's server. When you publish, they are then made available to view by other people. That's all....
All that happens are the time of the individual, ie in their timezone. I have noticed that blogger does not post my time zone. So it probably appears like I make posts at weird hours of the day. Nope, just weird hours of your day!

It never actually arrives on your computer. But its the time the poster, posted the message.
I am leaving this post @ 9:31 Eastern Standard Time. What do you see?
This looks like a little LaDawn.
A comment on your IN Fact noted here, too.
Maybe it took quite a while for the Britons to get the hang of driving on the wrong side of the road.

Joe - I see "06 June 2007 01:32"
I understand that posts don't really travel and all that. Cyberspace should have its own time zone, I think.
